SummaryIn the article “Organizing The Customer Experience” (Richard Slye, Making Fast Food, 1996), the author found that fast food companies display their latest giveaways in the prominent position of the restaurants, and most of the giveaways which are cleverly designed, inexpensive plastic games, cars, planes, or whistles shaped like pickles are offered for limited periods are aimed at the under-six set. In addition, the writer mentioned the fast food restaurants have “Birthday Party” activities for birthday party guests who are given free drinks, free cake, the giveaways for the week, and free coupons to return to the store. Finally, Richard Slye stated people enjoy the fast food restaurants which are happy, clean, efficient places, and customers will be well treated in there.
